Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BABES look, so we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate apparel must have the protective liner intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack It Up

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
